My name is Allan Brown and I’m the owner and master fitness trainer of Continuous Motion, a premier fitness training located in Manhattan.

Unlike some fitness gurus, I didn’t wake up one morning and decide to be a fitness trainer. My passion for fitness and good health is something that has been part of my life every day since I was 16 years old!

You see, I was a skinny kid who wanted to bulk up and stop being teased by my friends. So I took matters into my own hands and started body weight exercises. I learned everything I could about working out. I did squats, sit-ups and 2000 pushups a day in order to change my body.

And it worked! Within 90 days, my friends were seeing a big difference in my body and I was no longer getting teased about being “the skinny guy.” I never turned back!

I’ve dedicated my life to fitness and body sculpting through healthy eating and exercise. For 5 years I worked as a master trainer in two major Manhattan health clubs, helping people transform their bodies and lose weight.
